We started Vitality Nest because gym memberships shouldn't be the only way to get fit.

Between the monthly fees, the commute, and the waiting around for equipment, training at a gym isn't realistic for everyone. So we built a store around one simple idea: give people affordable, reliable fitness equipment they can use at home, on their own schedule.
